How to Order

  1. Only Club Vitamin Members can order from the Catalogue. If you are not yet a member, please fill in the Membership Application and send it in along with your first order.
  2. Select the desired items from either the Product Catalogue or the Book Catalogue. (We would advise that you print out the Product Catalogue or save it to file on your local drive.) Please ensure that you have the Item # that corresponds to the correct product, quantity and price.
  3. Go to our Order Form and print. On the Order Form please detail who you are in the "Membership Number:" section. If you are shipping your order to another location, fill in the "Send to:" section. Detail your order request by filling in the Item #, a brief Product Description, the Price per Unit, the number of Units Ordered and the Total Price. REMINDER: please enter the price in $Cdn (Mastercard and VISA will automatically convert your purchases into your local currency equivalent). Total your selections and place in line (1). NOTE: The minimum order is $30 Cdn.
  4. Look up the Shipping and Handling charges and place on line (2). You have a choice of receiving your order by mail or by courier.
  5. Add amounts from lines (1) and (2) and place new Sub Total on line (3).
  6. Canadian members, please add 7% GST on line (4).
  7. Add amounts from lines (3) and (4) and place the Total on line (5)
  8. If paying buy credit card, please enter your Mastercard or VISA information in the box on the bottom left hand corner of the Order Form.. Please endorse your purchase by credit card by placing your signature on the appropriate line.
  9. You have the choice of submitting your orders directly via our On-Line Catalogue, or by fax or e-mail. Please fax your orders to us at (604) 325-0020. If you prefer, you can e-mail your order to myhealth@club-vitamin.com. Should you wish to e-mail your orders, please indicate your credit card authorization in the body of the order request but do not include your credit card number. E-mail orders will be processed with the credit card number on your membership application (please send this by fax). Money Orders are accepted for mailed requests only and must be made payable to Club Vitamin in $Cdn (Canadian Funds). We do not accept personal cheques.

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 7-14 days for mail service.

Incomplete Orders:

Please note that credit card orders will be charged for only those items that are currently available.

Orders paid for by Money Order have the option of a refund or a credit which would be applied to the next order. Please indicate your preference for a refund on the Order Form, otherwise your account will automatically be credited with the difference on your next order.

Shipping and Handling

Unless you specify to have your order sent by courier service, all orders are sent by Air Parcel Post. Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

Mail

  1. Canada: $9.00 Cdn
  2. USA: $12.00 Cdn
  3. Overseas - International postal rates (Air or Surface Mail) by weight.

Courier

  1. Canada: $20 Cdn

Due to problems with Customs, we do not ship orders by courier outside of Canada.

Refund Policy

Undelivered goods will be refunded upon their return to Club Vitamin based on the following rules:

  1. Refund Authorization number has been issued by Club Vitamin.
  2. Refunds will be net all shipping and handling charges.
