Membership Details
The annual membership fee to join Club Vitamin is $25 Cdn. Membership allows you to order from the Product Catalogue.
You can apply for membership via fax, mail or the Internet. For security reasons, we recommend you print out our Membership Application Form and send it to us by fax or by mail.
If you are interested in becoming a member, we encourage you to join now and enjoy the benefits of membership. Payment for membership and products can be made by either money order (by mail only), VISA or Mastercard (your membership fee will automatically be converted to your local currency equivalent by your credit card company). NOTE: Money orders must be made payable in Canadian funds.
